  I usually go here and I always got a free student drink without showing my student id, 2 days ago I kindly asked this new looking employee for a student drink, and she said she couldn't give me one since I didn't have my student id, but she gave a free drink to another student who didn't show his id, then I don't know why I got charged $13.78 when I didn't order anything else but just a footling sub and no add ons.

  It has a dirty feeling to it. Stuff is old in there. Completely screwed up my 2 orders. Not impressed. Bill was 25 dollars. Way too expensive for one combo and a 6". Ridiculous!. Forgot cheese. Messed up condiments on the sub. Put wrong garnishes on the subs. My daughter and I would never go again. I hardly eat out for this very reason! English was their second language. I think you need to have a good idea on how to understand an order when placed!
