  Lots of bad reviews lately, here is one more. Change your old browning lettuce, mixing old with the new is the same as insulting your customers, not only that it is disgusting. Business that bad can't afford fresh lettuce, maybe the problem is who runs this place. Made my sandwich and told to them to feed their dogs with it as we pay for ours.

  Girl making my sub touched the screen of the till with the same gloves, then touched my sub instead of changing gloves. When asked kindly to start over and change her gloves due to her touching a screen, she got pissy. I’m from the city and even city subways are better than this one. Absolutely no knowledge of food safety.

  If I could give this zero stars, I would. Disgusting customer service, especially from Nidhi. We’ll never be going back to the subway or the subway in East End Mall because I know that they are owned by the same people. Completely rude knew I was coming to talk to her because of a huge mixup stayed on the phone the whole time and refuse to talk to me. Not surprised by the rating and what I’ve read. Especially about her. I placed an order on the app for East End. It’s switched it to the West End. I let East End know right away they said that they were the same owners so they call them to cancel. I then placed another order. Made sure the location was changed to the East End and whenever I went through with the purchase it went back to the West End. Lunch was literally over was late for work ended up buying in-store at the East End because the app wasn’t working(not getting the deal online which is why I bought in the first place) Even though we were in contact the whole time, she refused to refund both my orders at the West End, making me pay for one of them because they already made them. So I end up spending over $60 at Subway ($35 in the east end and $23 in the west end) and whenever I was talking to her on the phone she said she can’t talk to me she has a customers. I went into the store to talk to her about it, she was a very rude disgusting behaviour and I will never ever ever go back to any subway in pembroke and my whole family feels the same (big family of 10 that will no longer buy here). I hope anyone who looks at reviews before does not give their money to subway.
