  The manager who took our order was incredibly unprofessional and has no sense of patience nor customer service. She rushed us through our order, made us feel like we were idiots for not clarifying which side we were ordering from and would basically cut us off from talking the second told her what we wanted. The funniest part is after rushing us through our order, she painstakingly took her time looking for the button for the item we ordered which tells us that she didn't need to rush us at all and was simply trying to get us to hurry up to get the order over with. The food was good and fresh which is normal here but dear God this manager needs a re-training in customer service.

  I ordered here more than once. I asked for extra mustard on my burger and got some nasty mess of mustard like someone had it out against me. Then a few days later we get Swiss chalet, get loaded pierogies and loaded fries, for an extra 1.99$, I got a sprinkle of shredded cheese and bacon. No sour cream (which you would expect when it says "loaded pierogies". Food is very bland, feels like the fries sit all day. I would NOT recommend.

  This Harveys is co-located with Swiss Chalet which is what we wanted to visit. Every Swiss Chalet we had visited before is a sit-down restaurant with full table service; so we were trying to find the "sit-down restaurant" entrance. The signage out front suggests it is on the left, while the Wendy's is on the right. BUT, as we approached the left entrance, it became clear that Wendy's patrons were using that side of the building. We therefore entered on the right hand side, only to discover that the entire building is jointly Harveys AND Swiss Chalet; and that this Swiss Chalet does NOT have full table service. Instead, you order your Swiss Chalet meal at the counter, just like you do for Harveys. Your cutlery, drinks and coleslaw are given to you on your meal tray along with an "order number marker" that you place on the table you pick so that the staff can deliver your Swiss Chalet meal entrée Given this "non-standard" Swiss Chalet configuration, the menu choice for a Swiss Chalet meal is less than the normal FULL menu, BUT they do have all the basics - chicken dinner, ribs and a combo of the two For lunch, the size of the meals was VERY large due to the large amount of french fries. The meat portions, whether chicken or ribs were good, however. There was, disappointingly however, a noticeable amount of gristle with the ribs. BUT, the ribs were VERY well prepared. They tasted great (I had the honey-garlic), were very tender and came off the bone real easy I had a Lemonade Slushy (Harveys) with my meal. Before I drank it, I was already uncertain about it as it smelled more like coconut than lemon. Once I drank it, I was disappointed with it as it didn't have the normal sweet / sour balance of lemonade. Instead, it was far too sweet. Also, possibly because this balance was so far off, it was hard to appreciate the lemon flavour My guest also had the "birthday cake pie" which she reported as being excellent - a real winner
