- YYYeah YeahDec 18, 20251.0I usually go here and I always got a free student drink without showing my student id, 2 days ago I kindly asked this new looking employee for a student drink, and she said she couldn't give me one since I didn't have my student id, but she gave a free drink to another student who didn't show his id, then I don't know why I got charged $13.78 when I didn't order anything else but just a footling sub and no add ons.

Ridiculous!. Forgot cheese. Messed up condiments on the sub. Put wrong garnishes on the subs. My daughter and I would never go again. I hardly eat out for this very reason! English was their second language. I think you need to have a good idea on how to understand an order when placed!

The workers are of no help, either tell you they don’t understand what you’re saying, straight up lie and say you wanted things you didn’t ask. I asked for an extra pork cutlet on my sandwich, when I got to my car I saw they didn’t put it on. I went back and told the worker, he said that he did. I showed him the sub and the pork was not there, he said they were out. When I asked if he knew that they didn’t have any, why did he charge me? He said he didn’t understand what I meant and just played stupid. You would have better luck asking a tree to make a sub then at this store!
