  I will never be going back to this subway again. Every time I go in there I feel rushed or that I am bothering the staff members. Consistently, the employee, Nidhi, is rude, arrogant, and argumentative. Today in particular I had an awful experience. I walked in, and was greeted with “what do you want?” instead of a hello, or even “what can i get you?” I asked her for a footlong pizza sub on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, she made a fuss about not having the bread on the rack and stated she’d have to grab it from the back, then grabbed the white bread instead. When I asked her if it was Italian Herb and Cheese, she argued with me saying that I asked for White bread. She then treated me rudely throughout my whole order. Honestly, the whole experience was off putting. On top of that, subway is ridiculously expensive and honestly mediocre at best and now I get to go in there and get treated terribly? No thank you.

  Staff were very unpleasant to myself and husband. We ordered two subs and the veggies were freezer burnt. When brought up to the staff we did not get an answer and were ignored. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

  It was a very fun experience 😁 it was decorated cool and the subs where good and i liked the photos on the wall of food🥳🥳E R,11

  Terrible! Absolute terrible experience! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I have been coming to this Subway since I was young, and I have to say this was my worst experience yet. I went in today at a time I knew would not be busy because I was hungry and was craving my Subway fix. Anyways, I go in. There’s one customer that the employee was finishing up with, so I waited patiently. After he had left, she totally ignored me and went about doing something else! I literally had to say “um excuse me, I’m ready to order here.” STILL she continued to go about doing something else and ignoring me. At this point I’m a bit irritated, and am debating on if I should walk out or not when she FINALLY comes over. Once we got to the toppings of my sub, I asked for jalapeños on it, she put 3. I ask for more, she put 1 more. I ask for black olives, she put 5. I had to ask almost SIX TIMES for her to add more olives because she literally kept only adding one more olive. At this point I’m pissed off, and then she tries to upsell my order! Heck no lady! If you actually want good customer service and employees that aren’t stingy, don’t come to this Subway!
