  If I could give this zero stars, I would. Disgusting customer service, especially from Nidhi. We’ll never be going back to the subway or the subway in East End Mall because I know that they are owned by the same people. Completely rude knew I was coming to talk to her because of a huge mixup stayed on the phone the whole time and refuse to talk to me. Not surprised by the rating and what I’ve read. Especially about her. I placed an order on the app for East End. It’s switched it to the West End. I let East End know right away they said that they were the same owners so they call them to cancel. I then placed another order. Made sure the location was changed to the East End and whenever I went through with the purchase it went back to the West End. Lunch was literally over was late for work ended up buying in-store at the East End because the app wasn’t working(not getting the deal online which is why I bought in the first place) Even though we were in contact the whole time, she refused to refund both my orders at the West End, making me pay for one of them because they already made them. So I end up spending over $60 at Subway ($35 in the east end and $23 in the west end) and whenever I was talking to her on the phone she said she can’t talk to me she has a customers. I went into the store to talk to her about it, she was a very rude disgusting behaviour and I will never ever ever go back to any subway in pembroke and my whole family feels the same (big family of 10 that will no longer buy here). I hope anyone who looks at reviews before does not give their money to subway.

  I will never be going back to this subway again. Every time I go in there I feel rushed or that I am bothering the staff members. Consistently, the employee, Nidhi, is rude, arrogant, and argumentative. Today in particular I had an awful experience. I walked in, and was greeted with “what do you want?” instead of a hello, or even “what can i get you?” I asked her for a footlong pizza sub on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, she made a fuss about not having the bread on the rack and stated she’d have to grab it from the back, then grabbed the white bread instead. When I asked her if it was Italian Herb and Cheese, she argued with me saying that I asked for White bread. She then treated me rudely throughout my whole order. Honestly, the whole experience was off putting. On top of that, subway is ridiculously expensive and honestly mediocre at best and now I get to go in there and get treated terribly? No thank you.

  Staff were very unpleasant to myself and husband. We ordered two subs and the veggies were freezer burnt. When brought up to the staff we did not get an answer and were ignored. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.
