  Damn not usually one to complain but ordered my order through the mobile app grab my stuff get home to missing item thankfully used my points on the one item it but then it came to the drinks completely wrong drinks not even the ones I ordered. Not only did the staff not even acknowledge the people. They were there ignoring customers. Usually have a decent experience at McDonald but today was terrible

  I normally always do good reviews. 1 manager on shift and a few associates. No one greeted me at front line so I went to order on the kiosk after waiting a few minutes. Ordered a mcchicken combo with fries and coke with extra mcchicken sauce on the burger. The burger did not have extra mayo on it so I went to the front while the 2 girls(one a manager) were looking on there phones with backs towards the cash. Two guys walked passed talking about whatever outside of work and disregarded me. I said excuse me to the one manager talking to another girl. Manager approached me she was not friendly at all and I asked her if I could have a mayo packet as my burger didnt have extra on it all she said was "I have to charge you for it" I said thats okay, ill have to grab some money so 1 sec. Came back a few seconds after and I got my mayo packet thankfully. My drink was also wrong I asked for coke and got root beer but did not want to go talk to staff as they were not so nice the first time. I did dine inside and all they did is just stand there and talk and play on their phones, I can hear clearly what they are saying and its not work place appropriate. Also the manager telling a younger gentleman co-worker to lock the doors and tell me we're closing the store and to clean tables n what not. This poor young man was scurrying to clean the tables while I finished my food. While the manager and a few other staff (6 of them) were just standing in the kitchen talking and laughing. Like help the poor man close aswell! Its sad that this whole experience has lead me to not come to this establishment again and seems im not the only one who thinks this aswell. Thank you to the young man cleaning for being considerate and kind!

  Good but expensive for what you get. Only went cause I had a 50$ gift card. I love having McDonalds but I don’t go there because of pricing.
