  The whopper just tastes funny and every time I go I get a stale bun. I even requested a fresh one today and it was still stale. A&W will be my go to from now on. They have grass fed beef and fresh buns.

  I usually hit this location at least once a week when im working on that side of town. Today was my last visit. It was busier than usual so we waited in line. Noticed they weren't taking orders. It looked like they would tak an order and complete it before taking a new order but, that really wasnt the problem. I was with my sister who always orders kids meals and today was no different. She gives the toy to her grandson. Today they refused to put a toy in it saying that they were for children only. My sister paid full price for her meal and only got a part of it. Yes thebtoy is a part of it. She accepted that which she shouldn't have and the order was to go so how does the person taking orders know whether there was a child in the car or not. Got the rest of our order and decided to sit in instead. My whopper looked like the meat was boiled and it had a funny taste along with puddles of grease on the paper. I managed 2 bites, finished my fries and left. 30 minutes later I was violently vomiting in riverside park where my husband pulled over for me. Never again and I definitely won't be recommending or having this anytime soon.

  I am a regular customer for a couple years at this location. It is not far from my work, so I go to eat usually for lunch. Today will be my last day. Everytime I have come in the last few months it seems one of your staff is taking their break in the dining room ,That I don't take issue with. What I find very disappointing is that they all speak very loudly, almost yelling, making it impossible to eat and relax . Two separate instances will explain my experiences. The first being in the late spring. There was a couple of us in line waiting to be served. There was a young man, not in a uniform wearing unkempt clothes, that needed washing, laying across the counter, talking on his phone(speaker phone) arguing with a credit card company I presumed, completely ignoring us. I wasn't even sure he worked there. Finally the woman who was crazy busy cooking and doing drive thru, saw what he was doing, and told him to get off his phone and get back to work. Instead he stayed on the phone walked into kitchen, still talking loudly on his phone. She was the one who served us, and she was the reason I stayed to eat that day. She was kind and apologetic, and she had done nothing wrong. Another day I came in , to grab some quick lunch, and I had received a phone call from my manager, and I had to actually go outside and call him back as there was a 20ish woman employe on video call speaking so loudly I could not hear my boss. I took my lunch to sit in my car to eat that day, in case my boss called back. Today I came in for an early lunch and I'm pretty sure it was the same man I just told you about who again was on his phone very loudly, laughing very loudly. So I didnt even bother to stay. When I dine in, I expect there to be chatter from other diners etc. But your employees yelling into their phones constantly while on their breaks, are ruining my experience. And I'm not alone in this. There are other customers annoyed by this. I am not saying I'm treated badly. The service for the most part is really good. The food is very good which is why I was dining there so often and it's affordable. You are losing me as a customer because your employees treat your dining room like their living room. Is there nota staff room to take these phone calls more privately? Thank you for your attention in these matters.

  Tried their French toast thingys.... tasted like fish and onion rings. Nvr again will I eat there. Polite workers, but not enough of a reason to make myself sick.
