Fries were cold and soggy once we finally did receive the food. Gravy was water. Will never purchase here again. Absolutely disgusting. Not even worth $5 let alone $42.

The store clearly says it closes at 10:00 PM, yet the staff refused to make any fried chicken and told me everything was already shut down. This is completely unacceptable. If you are not serving food, then don’t claim you’re open until 10. There were still 50 minutes left before closing, and refusing service during official business hours is extremely unprofessional. The staff showed no effort, no concern, and no customer service. I left upset, frustrated, and disappointed. This is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. I will seriously think twice before visiting this location again.
