  Rachel was great at being detailed about the order. Honestly I order baked potato and have never had one at this location actually warm let alone hot. But she made sure it was properly hot!

  Kathie was an amazing server. However, the state of this restaurant was disgraceful. Floors were thick with grease, menus absolutely filthy and the tables so gross…we tried 3 booths before we could find a clean table. Headquarters… you need to visit!

  Kathy B was very helpful in sorting out an error in my order. She brought the dark meat to replace the white meat that came when served. I had asked for dark meat. Then I think some kids playing from a nearby table dropped a hair on my food, I showed it to her and she promptly took it away and got me a new meal! Appreciate her promptness and her customer service as she came to check in on how I was doing with my meal a couple of times after that. Thank you Kathy for making my day. She knows how to make a customer feel good with her friendliness as we chatted after the meal. The meal was delicious. I had the chicken, shrimp and rice.

  Our Server Moeesha was incredible. It seems every time we dine at Swiss Chalet in Owen Sound, they are out of (what seems to be) everything. I will focus this review on Moeesha - she was very knowledgeable and offered her recommendations on what was available in kitchen. She made sure our drinks were always full and we were checked on often, she offered conversation and a plesant demeanor. At the same time we were dining, she was experiencing some rude patrons (I'm assuming due to the restaurant not being stocked properly), she kept her cool and handled their table very professionally. She offered what she could within her means as a server, it was a delight to witness. Her laugh is very unique and brought a smile to our face every time we heard it throughout our dinner. I would say if your going to this establishment, request to sit in her section, you will not be disappointed. To note some constructive changes the restaurant could make to improve on atomosphere - Washroom clenliness needs some attention (I did not feel good using the facilities), all diningroom floors need to be degreased (almost a safety hazard), all table tops need a refinish (sticky to the touch), Food Stock management needs improvement, you shouldn't be running out of regular menu items during a dinner service on a regular basis. These are all things that could be improved with proper management and business focus, these are not server issues. Please know My star rating has to do with the restaurant and what it is lacking, it in no way reflects Moeesha's performance.
