They take the French fry box and fold in the flaps so less fries fit in the box… only location I’ve ever been to that does this! Maybe giving the full amount of fries instead of cheating your customers out of a few fries…. Ridiculous I will be contacting corporate as this is the 4th time!

After we got our order of food, my fries fell off the tray onto the floor. Feeling like an idiot I started to clean it up. I believe it was a manger came over and told me she would clean it up right away. She brought me more fries and told me to sit and relax and enjoy my meal and that we all have days like this. She was very sweet and I appreciated the kindness . Well done!

Sydnee helped me to make that happen by explaining the difference between the hot peppers and the jalapeños. She catered her care to help me in the absolute best way possible. Because of her expertise, I was able to enjoy my angus burger with the perfect level of spice and perfect sauce pairings to go with it. Thank you Sydnee! Will definitely be returning for more new experiences!
