  An old school chalet experience in the best way, but in a modern space. The best chalet I have been to in a long while. Better quality everything than the ones I go to normally, including fresh cut fries. Plus, they still serve the lil lemon finger bowls at the end like when I was young, which is a treat. Great service too!

  Moeesha was our server and was great! But, a few things about the restaurant it’s self, the tables are sticky (bad finish on them) and the floors are like an ice rink. Not sure why our appetizer took an hour (spring rolls), then food 15 min after that. Seems like the kitchen needs some better time management.

  I’ve been attending this location for years. Over the past year the portion sizes and food quality has significantly decreased. My recent visit was a full rib and wing combo. The full rack of ribs was smaller than 1/2 rack at Montana’s, the wings were the smallest wings I’ve ever seen, the coleslaw came in a dish the size of a teaspoon, there were 10 French fries on the plate ( smaller than a kids meal ) I didn’t get a bun, I didn’t get wet wipes or lemon water for my fingers. The table and menu were sticky and not clean, the washroom was disgusting. This visit the server was horrible. Generally we have female waitress that’s been there for years and she is wonderful. I’m assuming new management or cut backs. As far as I’m concerned the wings were not a swiss chalet product.

  I have to say it's been a long time since i've been to swiss chalet .I probably won't come back for a long time again i ordered progoies i asked if I could get onions. I was told there's no onions and then I guess because I didn't get the onions. She assumed I didn't want the cheese. She said, I had to ask for it well. I would assume when she heard that I wanted onions and stuff that I would want the works anyways, long story short, she took it back in and brought me out some with some liquid cheese and some green onion. It wasn't so bad, but it wasn't. What was on the menu? And then I ordered the hot chicken, white meat, and I end up with a quarter of chicken. And the next thing you know, I'm paying $40 for something I didn't even order. I end up taking it to go. It was as dry as hell. But I don't think I'll be back again. Service sucked.She made an excuse that somebody was bothering her at the tables.That's why I got the wrong meal but that's not cool why I had to pay for something I didn't order.. Never even got asked if I wanted dessert just spoke to the manager and his opinion is coming at night time and I would probably get a right order. He has done nothing to compensate me whatsoever for my money. I am going to call head office tomorrow morning. I think this is terrible, especially when the waitress even knew she brought me the wrong meal. And then him to tell me that there can't do nothing about it. Now, you couldn't even get ahold of the waitress. When she was in there half the time she was gone more than she was around, but i'm definitely going to call head office what makes me laugh after reading all the comments that are not good. It just says uh to contact them and sorry about what happened like they do nothing. How do these people think they're gonna stay in business when they do this kind of service with people? I work hard for my money. I'm tired of throwing it out the door to these fast food joints that don't care once they take your money. The guy's excuse is, oh, she's older, so her excuse is cuz. She's older that I get a meal. That's not even what I ordered. Maybe it's time for her to retire if she's too old to remember what I ordered from the time she looked at me at the table
