    Visiting this location on Feb 27th,2026 around 6pm and had horrendous service. Three staff members and not one customer in the store other than myself. I waited a very long time just to have the staff member ignore everything I said, not once making eye contact with me. Small amount of mayo? Or sure just put the whole bottle, three jalapeños? Or sure, a whole handful! Wrong cheese? Sure why not, why have options when the staff member can just make it the way they want to...maybe she could pay for it too? And the line was filthy, dried up tuna, rotten saugy spinach, no gloves, old tomatoes clearly not good anymore, no care, no customer service. Honestly it was embarrassing. Thats the first and only time I have ever not tipped... I cant even believe I paid and didnt walk out. I walked in and addressed them with nothing but kindness and was met with rudeness, zero standard, and blatantly being ignored. Never going to this location again. I remember working at Subway as my first job, when they actually had standards of service. Instead I got a sub with almost no toppings and all sauce because all their toppings were old and gross looking and the staff put wayyyyy too much sauce..... I guess sandwich artists go for abstract art these days. Moral of the story, the food industry has sold out, time to focus on making meals at home instead of funding greedy companies who have no standards for themselves, their staff or the food.

    Used to love going to subway for a quick lunch/dinner every once in a while but lately it has been off putting. The staff rush through every order. Our latest meal there, the staff cut the bread so crooked that all of the toppings fell off. The lady that puts the toppings on can’t do it fast enough constantly saying “and, and” but when you give her more than two toppings in a row she has to clarify what you said. So frustrating!! Like once you’re done putting on the topping I will tell you what I want next. I get a veggie sub and constantly have to ask for more of things. This time, she didn’t even put enough lettuce to cover the bread. You think that with it being a veggie sub, they would automatically add more toppings as there is no meat. I had to ask for more cucumbers 3 times and then the lady became very snarky with me. Not to mention that the spinach was completely rotten. I watched a man sweep the floor and put the dirt in the dustpan without gloves and then come behind the counter to take a sub out of the toaster without washing his hands and then the lady making my sub touched the toaster door with the gloves that put toppings on my sub. Just gross. The place has definitely gone down hill in terms of the service, quantity and quality of the items. Most of the vegetables were browning. Extremely disappointing as we used to enjoy Subway but we will not be back.

    I recently had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The attendant was unprofessional and demanding. After waiting approximately 10 minutes for service, I observed the staff member attending to other non-work-related tasks and texting on her phone. The state of cleanliness was subpar, with food preparation taking place on an unclean stainless steel surface without proper sanitization. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was assured it was fine. As someone with experience in the food service industry, my concerns were ignored. Throughout the transaction, I received poor service, and the toppings provided were inadequate. At the time of payment, I was prompted to include a minimum gratuity, and when I expressed dissatisfaction, the staff member pointed to the ATM and instructed me to pay. Furthermore, no bag or sticker was offered to secure my sub. Given the circumstances, I intend to file a complaint with public health authorities and suggest that the location's management review their training procedures and service standards.

    Multiple issues during our visit. Had to tell them 3 times what kind of cheese. The veggies looked like they were frozen and soggy. The lettuce was browning. The staff were not worried about glove contamination. They wore their gloves while touching the screen and touched door knobs with gloves on. Will be choosing the location on the other side of town from now on.
