Terrible experience. I've given this McDonald's a few attempts and each time the order is either messed up or they have missed something and I've already drove home (25 minutes) for example, they gave my kids who are small buffalo instead of ranch. Tonight we attempted to get 5 PAID for ranch chicken snack wraps and 1 free chicken snack wrap reward. My receipt said 5 and 1 free reward. The screen said the same. They gave me 5 total. I went through drive thru again and asked for the missing wrap. The short brown hair girl who I believe might be a "manager" argued even after seeing the wrap and said if I wanted it I'd need to pay the $4.08 for it. I refused. I asked for a full refund and my points back which she explained I would have to get ahold of app support to get my points back and I said "forget it, ill take the one free wrap" to which she responds "why?". I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They need a whole new set of employees.

The coffee is great. I don't care much for the food per say, but I think the McDonalds coffee has to be the best tasting coffee in town.
In saying that the McDonalds on the other side of town doesn't serve coffee after about 5pm. So I've given up on the Westside location.
But Eastside location is a great coffee. We'll done people.

Rushed up there this morning to grab a breakfast sandwich and there was a hair in it :-( how is this possible with proper hygiene techniques? Ugh super gross to say the least.

Drove in to order a muffin and 6pc McNuggets. First she said twice you don’t have muffins. I asked what kind of muffins you have. She said breakfast, sausage, egg…I said again, MUFFINS what kind. Then she said orange, chocolate, blueberry. She just didn’t get it. Then I was asked ‘anything else?’ I said YES 6 McNuggets please. OK that’s it? 1 muffin. No, a muffin and 6 McNuggets . 10 piece? No, six. 10 piece? SIX. 1 muffin and a 6 piece mcnugget. OK. That was a very frustrating experience. If there a way out of the lineup, we would have driven away. That’s not what we’re used to at McDonalds. It was a struggle to understand what she was saying and it seemed she could not understand us either even with our engine turned off at the speaker. Sorry for the rant but if you don’t hear, you don’t get better.

Short and sweet: Dont go here. Its a joke. Theyre passing off old food as "fresh"
Long version: they cannot do an order. Standards shows that you can place an order at anytime and it wont be made until you confirm youre there. They make it immediately and then let it sit.
After confronting staff my food had been made 30 minutes prior, they initially claimed no, but then a staff member shouted "he took so long to get here"
The window was then closed as it was the manager who was speaking. When management finally came to window i asked the policy onbthe food being made whichbalready shows on app. No one lives close to this location. Staff sucks, management sucks, and the food sucks. It shows aswell. The ppor revoews here are the truth. Wish i looked sooner
