Everytime I say light ice they fill it to the top, been getting their lemon splash and I swear I only get 4 sips before it’s gone because of all the ice. I also have to check to see if they got all my items correctly because they have a habit of missing a few items.

$75 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids. Fries were served cold, burger bun was stale, burger not warm enough to melt cheese. We ate in, the restaurant and kids area had no heat. Included in the $75 was Grinch socks as well. Definitely not worth the money. Kids did enjoy the indoor playground dispute the coldness.

order a quarter pounder with cheese combo the burger was cold. The fries were half full and half burnt. I had a coffee with the meal as well thank God it wasn't burnt too. Worst McDonald's ever.

This was my second time ordering food in the morning, and I observed that the staff did not greet customers or display the level of courtesy expected under McDonald’s customer service standards. The manner in which the employee spoke to me was disrespectful and appears to be inconsistent with McDonald’s Code of Conduct and customer service policies. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate corrective action be taken to ensure compliance with established service guidelines.
