When someone finally came over, I was told, “we’re sold out of everything.” I asked for clarification because it didn’t make sense that both Harvey’s and Swiss Chalet would be completely sold out. I was simply told “yeah,” with no explanation. This was frustrating, especially since this is the second time I’ve had the same experience at this location. I understand it was close to closing time, but the restaurant is open until the posted hours, and customers should still be able to order within that time. If the kitchen stops serving earlier, the hours should be adjusted accordingly so customers know not to expect service during the last 20–30 minutes. Very disappointing experience.
