When I want to buy a turnover, they say "it is going to be 6-8 minutes wait time, it is going to be around 8-10 minutes wait time" I find it BS. Can't you hold one turnover at the lunch time ? or at the supper time? You guys don't serve the fresh food most of the time anyway. RIDICULOUS

They were out of lettuce, burger wrappers, Diet Coke and the 7-up tasted off couldn’t drink it. The food was cold. Nobody knew what they were doing. Worst meal ever My husband asked for a receipt and she wrote one out on a plain piece of paper what we ordered The place was so cold had to wear my coat We will not be back

The food was well presented and absolutely delicious. We were satisfied with our dinners. AAA+ My issues and the reason for only three stars: are how dirty our table was...it was caked on old dirt and sticky. It was very busy so I did not want to bother them or ask for a new table. My second issue was the bathroom was a full garbage which I didn't really want to complain about since they were packed and it wasn't a huge issue....But there was also a lady in one of the stalls smoking a cigarette! I did say something but no one went in to deal with it. Smokers please go outside! Have respect for other diners!

Turns out to keep their line appearing small - they tell everyone to pull around back. No parking spots available to park in. After waiting 20 minutes for food, went in and asked what was going on - manager was overwhelmed. We ended up waiting a. It over 30 minutes in total. Food was good, but they gotta knock it off with this hiding how long your line is nonsense - or at least be upfront with wait times. Had we known it was going to be 30+ minutes - we wouldn't have ordered.
