  Disappointed with the ratio, got 75% rice and 25% stirfry. This has been multiple times like that

  Restaurant is offering a 2for1 on Stir Fry, seemed like a good deal. What I got what 1 Stir Fry split in 2 boxes, only filled up half the box and no meat whatsoever (ordered chicken, 0 chicken in either boxes). Was served 2 half full boxes of rice. Would not recommend. Will never eat here again. EDIT : "Owner" responded with a link to a non secured site. Already got scammed once with the food, you won't catch me twice by phishing my info. Will report restaurant & staff.

  Got chicken tom yum. Always my favourite and I get as spicy as I want. However there wasn’t as much chicken as I expected from previous experience and the spring roll was a little stale.

  Unfortunately for me, this location is conveniently close to where I reside. After my most recent visit, I decided that I will refrain from ever visiting this location again. During my last visit, I arrived and before attempting to place my order I noticed two associates sitting around and on their phones. Upon approaching the cash, one of the associates stood up—preparing to take my order. I ordered, selecting a few add ons/customizations. I was immediately met with reluctance being asked, “Woah! Why so many changes?”, by the associate who was taking my order as he scoffed and sighed while shaking his head. He went on to enter in my preferences. Once he took my order, he went on to pass on the information to his fellow co-worker. The entire exchange was in a foreign language. From what I could tell reading the body language of the associate being informed of my order preferences that he felt far from enthusiastic as he rolled his eyes and dismissively waved his hand around. This left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Once I received my order, I couldn’t wait to exit the restaurant. That evening, as I was on my way home, the metal handle of the oyster pail shaped take-out box containing my order of PadThai broke off and my meal fell to the ground—with the take-out box coming apart. I wasn’t offered a more durable option such as the bowl or what not. The worst experience—which is unfortunate as I do love Thai Express.
