  Based on other reviews, this experience should not come as a shock to the owner! Ordered online this evening, showed up on time ~ food ready & on the counter. Employee makes eye contact a couple times… then ignores me for the next 2+ minutes. No “be right with you”....nothing….nadda….zero….ziltch….crickets….. Now I understand that he was working on filling containers for the cook to prepare, so I waited patiently. When he finally acknowledged me, I politely indicated that I ordered online, gave my name & what I ordered. First, and only words actually out of his mouth to me…..”need proof”. In the oh, 6 seconds….let’s be generous & say 10….(I am in my 50’s & all thumbs)….it took me to pull it up on my phone, he walks away, back to ignoring me while I stand there holding the proof for the next minute or two. Now I’m not sure how long I would have had to stand there, he was clearly a very rude & unprofessional individual, so I eventually asked if the order sitting on the counter was mine. He saunters over, looks at my phone and pushes it toward me. That’s it! Not a peep! Full disclosure ~ I did voice my displeasure with a touch of sarcasm as I left ~ “what a cheery guy….certainly no giddy up in his step” something to that effect. I generally don’t bother with reviews, but after reading others from this location…kinda had to! What’s most impressive is that when I got home, my name and number were clearly printed on the receipt the entire time, which one would think that he simply could have asked me for as verification & then he could have gone on to ignore someone else & I could have been on my merry way! To the owner: This seems to be the standard at your location. I've read your previous responses to the other reviews, they are obviously very disingenuous as almost the same experience has been shared by several people over several months & my guess is there are many many more who have not bothered too. If you are indeed the one behind the counter who I had the misfortune of encountering, maybe start with the basics, acknowledging customers would be a terrific first step…..be polite & courteous….you never know, that customer may be inspired to come back……I know I won’t!
