  I love this place! Service is great and Rishpal always has a smile and makes the best subs! I go to this location often. He knows what I want before I even tell him...he has my order memorized veggies and all. Just wanted to say thank-you for your awesome service. You bring a smile to my face. ...facility is clean, friendly and a great place to spend your lunch hour.

  I’ve been to this subway many times in the past as I used to live on Bronson. I went back the other day late at night and had a horrible experience. First thing, that security camera face checker and the bathroom situation… I COMPLETELY understand the camera since its not the best area but if they are checking who they let in, at least let us use the bathroom especially if we are buying customers 😭second, the customer service was awful. I dont want to name names but she definitely needs to work on some stuff. Didn’t understand a WORD I was saying, was throwing stuff all over, something about the oven, forgot multiple things and was… idk the right word for it but not the best vibe.

  I had a really great experience at this Subway today, and I want to especially appreciate Kamal for her amazing service. She was extremely hardworking, polite, and handled everything with such professionalism even during a busy time. She made sure every order was prepared carefully and treated customers with genuine kindness and patience. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and positive while managing multiple tasks at once. She truly represents excellent customer service and deserves recognition — honestly, she deserves a raise for the effort and energy she puts into her work. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. You can tell the staff takes pride in maintaining good quality and service. Experiences like this are the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Great job to the whole team, and special thanks again to Kamal for making the visit so pleasant!
