  Went to get some lunch as I’ve been out since 6 am it’s 11:30 so I went to get something quick and “always fresh” but what I received was day old bread , it’s hard as a rock and hard to chew , idk what kind of sandwich shop you are running but it’s not fresh , it’s nasty and old bread, this was the final straw of never eating here again and I will share my experience with head office.

  ⭐ 1 Star — if I could give 0, I would. This was one of the worst food ordering experiences I’ve had. I ordered one footlong sub and one 6-inch, and what I received was just two 6-inch. The entire footlong — half the order — was missing. On top of that, the instructions were completely ignored. I clearly asked for the sub to be toasted, and it wasn’t. Sauce instructions were also not followed. So not only was the order incomplete, but even what showed up was made wrong. Tried to fix this the proper way — called the store and the person said “give me a minute, I’ll call you back.” That never happened. I called back 6 times after that and was straight up ignored. Also sent an email — no response. This isn’t just a mistake, it’s terrible service, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customers. You take people’s money, send half the order, mess up the rest, and then disappear when it’s time to fix it. Avoid this place unless you’re okay paying for food you’ll never receive and being ignored when you try to resolve it.

  Couple times I have been here always few and far between. Terrible food prep and handling. Just now got s meatball sub. The meatballs were in the metal tub they use to keep them warm. Except it wasn't on. Got home, cheese not melted at all.. cold meatballs dont melt cheese...nor taste good...wasted 15 bucks. Even tipped the guy who served me this slop. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Veggie Delight sub for my office lunch, but the sandwich had almost nothing in it. It only had iceberg lettuce and two slices of tomato – that’s it. A Veggie Delight should have a variety of vegetables, but this was basically empty bread. Also, the staff packed the sandwich in the same bag with a cold drink, which made the whole sub cold and unpleasant by the time I started eating it. Really poor preparation and service. Staff should know how to properly make a basic sub and pack the food correctly. After this experience, I’m honestly surprised by the high ratings here. It makes me wonder if many of the positive reviews are from friends or family rather than real customer experiences. If you want good ratings, you should provide good service and quality foo
