  Worst service experience. We placed our order online twice and even heard the notification sound, yet the staff claimed the system was cancelling it. This was clearly untrue. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.

  I usually enjoy Subway, but this location really dropped the ball on my recent online order. I specifically requested extra cucumbers, extra crispy onions, and extra grated parmesan on my Footlong Big Veggie. Not only were the 'extras' ignored (it looked completely sparse), but the wrapping job was terrible. Because they didn't wrap it tightly or properly, the generous amount of sauce I ordered soaked entirely through the paper. Half my sandwich was essentially glued to the wrapper, making it incredibly messy and unappetizing. Really frustrating experience.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Subway Merivale. The staff member (a lady working during my visit) was extremely unprofessional and rude in her tone while taking the order. She barely added any veggies and refused to add extra sauces properly. On top of that, the sub was rolled so poorly that all the veggies and sauces were falling out while eating — it was messy and frustrating. What concerned me the most was hygiene. She did not change her gloves while preparing vegetarian orders, which is unacceptable. Customer service and basic food handling standards need serious improvement at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
