  I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Panera Bread today. There were five staff members standing behind the counter, clearly not busy, yet not a single one acknowledged me or made any effort to take my order. I stood there waiting, expecting at least a simple “we’ll be right with you,” but was completely ignored. It honestly felt like I was invisible. No communication, no customer service—just staff standing around doing nothing while customers are left waiting. After several minutes of being ignored, I had no choice but to leave without ordering. This level of service is unacceptable. If employees are on shift, they should at the very least acknowledge customers and do their job. Definitely not a place I’d recommend based on this experience.

  Came for the first time. The cashier didnt even say hello and made me read off the cash screen instead of sharing what items are in the sandwich.

  HOW YOU MAKE SOMEONE WAIT AT A DRIVE THRU FOR 15 minutes I had to beep the horn twice not one apology from the sales person, was ignorant as hell. Not to mention I ordered a smoothie she did not even put a straw. What a poorly run establishment and disgusting way to treat your customers. Way over priced and bland

  I would love to give you all 5 stars because your broccoli soup is fire. I have ARFID, this soup is one of my safe foods so I order it nearly every day. This is such a disappointment, I only have 11 safe foods. I always order 2 soup that comes with bread, and an extra bread. I get this extra bread maybe once or twice a week. Then suddenly my extra bread was being forgotten at least 3 times a week. So I started adding “I ordered three breads” in the notes box on each item. Not only this, but adding an order note that says “I ordered 3 breads”. Even after this change I did two weeks ago, I’ve only received my correct order twice. and I feel like this restaurant is intentionally making it not possible to enjoy my food. I’m at a loss of what to do about this. Remove one of my 11 safe foods? That sucks.

  I absolutely love this Panera Bread location on West Hunt Club! It's become my go-to spot for a quick, delicious meal or coffee break. The seating area is fantastic—super clean, modern, and really comfy. Whether I'm grabbing a table for a solo work session or catching up with friends, the atmosphere feels welcoming and relaxing every time. The coffee here is outstanding: always fresh, perfectly brewed, and so tasty. It really hits the spot, especially paired with one of their amazing baked goods. Speaking of variety, the menu has something for everyone! From a wide selection of sweet treats and pastries to hearty sandwiches, salads, soups, and more—everything is fresh and flavorful. I never get tired of trying new things. And the customer service? Top-notch! The team is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel valued. Quick service even when it's busy. If you're in the Hunt Club area, this Panera is a must-visit. Highly recommend
