When we had our orders in mind another customer was waiting and the lone attendant was on his phone — nobody in the kitchen, nobody else behind the counter. After a few minutes of inactivity we spoke to the other customer. It turned out they had lost his large order and he had been waiting fifteen minutes or more for resolution. Our orders were a long time away. We left. No service. No sale.
