  Ohh it’s the guy that’s making it bad experience for everyone.. I was so confused. I had good experience last time, but he was stingy with portions and rolled eyes when I was for nachos. It was kinda funny hehe, but another guy who greeted me at the door da best!!

  It was a nice experience at mucho on a college square. Service was really friendly and food pricesare reasonable.

  Had a really good experience. Prince was super friendly and polite. He took my order with a smile and made my burrito exactly how I like it. Food was fresh, tasty, and filling. You can tell he cares about customers. Really appreciate the nice service. I’ll definitely come back again!

  We ordered a nachos from uber. And we came to restaurant even before the order was made. We saw the veggies were being very less in portion. We asked for bit more and bit sauce and were denied. The nachos were dry and joke to be called fully loaded. We are regular here from last 4 years, and it’s a bit of let down how poorly we were handled. Why are you getting mad at customers, atleast have a decency to talk nicely.

  Mucho Burrito – College Square I have been a regular customer here and I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The staff member serving was new, which is understandable, but another staff member was very rude and unhelpful while guiding her. They told her to strictly follow the Uber order, which I respect, but she was not properly trained or guided on portions or preparation. My nachos were completely bland - worst ever .. There was no sauce, no toppings, nothing. It was so bland I could barely eat it. On top of that, there was no basic customer service .. no friendliness or even a smile. The whole experience felt rude and careless. The staff member was also intimidating and very rude to me while speaking, which made the experience even worse. I hope management improves staff training and customer service because this is not the quality I usually expect from this location.
