worst big mac I’ve ever had. With a pure uber location you’d think they’d have their shit together. Entire prder was cold, soggy/flaccid fries, missing all sauces, stale hamburger buns. How did these guys get awarded one of best franchise locations in Canada? Mindblowing in 2026

The staff sit there and chit chat instead of working. Are there any actual adults that work here? I'd like to speak to a manager that isn't a child and takes their job seriously unlike the one on shift during my visit.

I ordered apple slices on Uber and received apple pies instead. This is a very basic order and should not have been misread. This isn’t rocket science. Please take a moment to read the full ticket carefully before sending orders out. It’s common sense but whoever made the order clearly lacks common sense. Mistakes like this are frustrating because they are completely avoidable with a little more attention to detail.

I'm shocked McDonald's allows franchises to operate this way. They are the absolute slowest McDonald's in the country by far. You will wait 20 minutes minimum in the morning with 1-2 people in line. It's always filthy (even though it's 15 square feet), I have never seen more than two staff work whether it be breakfast lunch or dinner. This place could do with an overhaul or shut down. The staff is nice, and kind but clearly given zero resources to succeed. The place is worse than elgins McDonald's (that place has the slowest service but at least it's often clean and the food is prepared well). Another L
honestly i could say that this mcdonald’s isn’t gonna last too long, i usually don’t take the time to write reviews because i feel like it’s pointless but i have to spread my message out on this one. I was really low on money so i decided to do some side hustle with doordash and uber. 3:40am i got an order at this mcdonald’s which i’ve never been to, as i get there one of the workers pointed to me from the window to go on the side windows to get my order. I waited there for over 15mins until i realized that it was only 3 mchickens that i came to pick up. It shouldn’t have been taking that long but i have alot of patience so i waited. I then decided to knock on the window to ask them about the order and there was 3 workers just avoiding looking at me, not only that they all had airpods on including the manager…. As i knock harder one of the workers starts smirking and looks at the wall pretending to do tasks. I was very disappointed by how unprofessional this entire crew were especially the manager wearing airpods so unfortunately i was forced to cancel my order and walk away with nothing.
