Last time I went, they gave me the wrong burger (similar but not what I ordered) amd the fries were cold. I went to talk the the cashier about getting fresh fries and she was very rude. She didn't seem to want to make a fresh batch in the afternoon. I could hear her all the way from my table being rude to her staff and telling them how she was in a bad mood. It was very unprofessional.

And they were so funny and sweet! Made our night and we're so grateful for their kindness and respect. Hope you all have the best lives and loves possible under the sun.
