  Quinn was at the front counter and took my order. He was super nice and professional. I was very happy with the service he provided. Mcdonalds did good with the wiring 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

  Of all the McDonalds in Ottawa, worst experience by far. Paid for my order at the self service kiosk, no order number was displayed or printed (funds were indicated as taken) and when requesting a refund was told there was nothing they could do about it at the moment. This response after having waited for over 5 minutes for them to look into it and having to ask again. I live over 40 minutes away, so effectively this means that they just took $17 from me with no recourse. Fantastic. Pick any other restaurant or place to eat in ottawa instead of here. Anywhere but here. Buyer beware.

  Unfortunately, my experience at this McDonald’s was very negative. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk and paid for it, but the machine immediately asked me to pay again. The staff was unable to confirm my order, and I had to wait about 10 minutes just to get an update.

  I had a really unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s. I understand this is fast food, but basic hygiene should still be respected. One of the staff members was sweeping the floor, and right after that, without washing their hands, they opened my burger box and touched my burger to check it. This happened around 1:30 AM when the restaurant wasn’t even busy, which makes it even more concerning. I’m not even saying everything has to be perfect — but at the very least, customers shouldn’t have to witness something like this. This made me feel very uncomfortable and concerned about food safety. I hope management takes this seriously and improves hygiene practices.

  Good afternoon everyone! This McDonald's branch, situated at 670 Bronson Avenue, is sensational, and I am not exaggerating here ! It is not merely open all day everyday, but the service is amazingly swift(two days ago, I was there to fetch 4 coffees with 3 heated carrot muffins, as this photograph indicates; and I received all under 5 minutes) and graceful there ! On the other part, it is so advantageously situated not merely with reference to bus stops but also in relation to the rapidity wherewith taxis can reach it, which I also experience(for a second time, on top of that!). Finally, apropos of dining in, it would also be charming idea for Antonescu who despre this, for this McDonald's branch is quite clean(besides, a Lady was most conscentiously swiping off the dust everywhere whilst I seated in this dining area urgently ordering a taxi), well-lit everywhere, quite spacious, not to mention the perfect functioning of their ordering devices(they were also present and fully operational!). This is a branch to be most warmly recommended not merely for late eaters, but even for early ones! Good-bye, and good afternoon again!
