Ordered a Big Mac and paid for extra cheese which I didn’t receive and also paid for a habanero Mc chicken and I received a regular one with mayo.

It is a fast food resturant I don’t think it’s fair for me to be waiting 15 mins+ for someone to take my order in the drive thru. I ended up driving off since all that I was told is one moment please.i ended up going to the nearby Tim’s where my I received my coffee in less than 2 minutes.
