  I had a very bad experience. The woman who works the night shift — she is the only one there — I don’t know her name, but she does not have a professional attitude. She speaks to customers in a way that feels like she wants to start an argument. She served me chips that were undercooked, and this is not the first time. I understand the work pressure and that she is working alone, but both the attitude and the quality are poor. I hope this matter will be looked into. I want to emphasize that her behavior is rude, and again, this is not the first time.

  Today I ordered from Jean from the front counter and my interaction with her was excellent. I was very happy with how she took my order. Mcdonalds hired the right person. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I'm order 378 in case your wondering

  We stopped to grab food before the museum with our kids, staff were incredibly rude and incoherent. Food was fine but not at all up to what we get from other locations. This isn't a Karen situation, I'm very understanding and happy to accept that people have bad days but for numerous staff to have an attitude when is insane. 3 happy meals and 2 regular meals with no special accommodations or crazy requests, jusy outright unbearable staff. We will not be going here anymore.

  Who ever you have working tonight like right now. Never let them go. Never had service at any McDonalds as fast as tonight. Everything was also hot for once and the fries were fresh and salty. If only it could be like this every time.
