  Lastnight me my friend decided to go kfc for dinner around 6:30 after long time. When we went to Huntclub location the cashier said chicken will take 20 minutes and we said we can wait after few minutes she said tiday they don't any fries 😒 . Very very disappointed whats kfc without and 20 minutes wait time at dinner time. I myself work at kfc for 10yrs and we the inventory every night to make sure we had enough of everything if anything short we go and picked from other locations to make we satisfied our customers. I think its cashier's fault its the management. Very very disappointed 😞

  This is the best KFC I have ever been to in Ottawa. The service, packaging, and employees were all excellent. I visited on a Saturday, and it was busy. I waited about 10–15 minutes, but the employee who took my order clearly informed me of the exact waiting time, and the team met it as promised. I would highly recommend this KFC! I’ve been to many KFC locations in Ottawa, but I’ve never been this satisfied before. Great work!

  The food was phenomenal. My colleague and I stopped by after a long day. We spoke with Jahadh an employee at KFC, who gave us some great advice on what to eat and the differences between menu items. One we received our food from Sneha, another employee at KFC, we were blown away, the fries and onion rings were hot and delicious. The chicken sandwiches were superb, they were hot, fresh and tasty. We ordered the chili crunch combo and the original chicken sandwich, both were prepared by Sneha and Jahadh. 10/10 would recommend this KFC, it was the best KFC I have ever been too!
