  First of all I like to say I waited for someone to come serve me it was a long while I see people in the kitchen looking at me not saying anything finally someone comes I made my order I asked for extra gravy on my poutine looks like he put less rather than more sadly KFC is getting worse, at least this place and by the time I got it Sat down poutine was cold I remember when it came very hot.

  I knew I ordered the "Extra Crispy" meal, but I didn’t realize that applied to the debit machine too. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a payment terminal that looks like it’s been hosting a breadcrumb festival since the late 90s. There was enough "secret seasoning" trapped under those keys to bread a whole bucket of wings. Honestly, I wasn't sure if I was entering my PIN or performing an archaeological dig. Here’s the thing: If the one piece of equipment every single customer has to touch is this biologically diverse, I am terrified to imagine what the floor—or the deep fryer—looks like. It takes 30 seconds and a Clorox wipe to not look like a petri dish, guys. I came for the chicken, but I left with a sudden urge to bath in hand sanitizer. 0/10, would not touch again without a hazmat suit.

  I was served by this really sweet gentleman he warned me about the gravy not being halal. Very great costumer service.

  Bought myself a meal from here today and waited about 20 or more minutes to receive it. Ordered two small fries, 4 piece chicken and a popcorn chicken. I only received one fry, Super greasy soaked chicken, and old off tasting popcorn chicken. While I was waiting I saw another customer return her meal for a refund. The guy working the cash touching his face, mustache and nose then handling another woman that ordered food with no washing of hands or gloves. DO NOT EAT HERE. KFC does not care about the quality of their employees any longer.
