  They are always kind, been coming to this location for the past years and the food has been consistently good, floor is sometimes sticky but everything else is clean, I like what they put on the tv lol

  Best customer service, sadaf is amazing, she was the nicest woman and was very patience even though our order was pretty long , I loved her customer service, I will definitely come again. Thanks

  Unfortunate to see such little regard for the community. Trash everywhere and refusal from management to help clean up the mess that was a direct result of them not properly storing garbage. Really disappointing

  no regard for customer service or the neighbourhood community around them. really disappointing. locking their dumpsters at night is the least they could do, but apparently they don’t care about their community.

  I would give this place less than one star if It were possible. I think the worst thing about this restaurant is that they have no integrity and no consideration for the community who live nearby and call the neighbourhood home. They only want your money, and if you live in Ottawa, or nearby and value a clean, healthy pest-free community, don’t give them your money or support. I had been a loyal customer, I live nearby. I park my car in a lot across the street. This restaurant is irresponsible. They don't ensure their garbage bins are adequately secured, as a result less-fortunate people break in looking for food and spread trash across the neighbourhood. Someone in search of their next meal covered my car and parking space with rotting garbage from their unlocked dumpsters-- I brushed maggots off my hood and windshield last Friday. My landlord tells me they’re taking zero accountability. They're aware of the situation, but they’re not cleaning up, they’re not responding to my emails, they’re not doing a damn thing— and it’s been days. It’s only getting warmer and more putrid, festering in the sun. This establishment is a blight on this neighbourhood and I’m telling everyone I know to steer clear. There's plenty of other community-conscious restaurants on Bronson-- go there instead. This has been the most shameless abdication of accountability I’ve ever personally seen from a business in Ottawa. I'm sure the rats, seagulls, and flies love this place, but you can do so much better.
