I had to use the napkin the get the mustard under control. Not to mention my burger still tastes cold. You’d think after all these terrible reviews and the lack of sales, this place would close permanently.

My shoes were actually sticking to floor because it was so sticky and disgusting. I was afraid to use the bathroom. The one section of condiments was frozen and the lettuce was turning brown. The lettuce on my burger had a big brown chunk in it. It is not like Harvey's is cheap so I expect better.
