He was way to disrespect and ruined my day entirely. He is not gentle and his tone of voice was completely rude. When handing the order he placed it roughly and left without saying anything. I do not recommend st hubert for people ordering food online or delivery drivers going to pick up orders. 🥲🥲😪😪😪😪😪😪

We had a bad experience here a long time ago and decided to try again since our grandson really wanted to go there. Big mistake. Our experience was worse than last time. So I am downgrading this to a 1-star rating. $36.61 for a kid’s chicken nugget meal, one poutine, and a small children’s 7-Up. The bun that came with the kid’s meal was cold. The poutine did not look like their online photo; I am certain that high school cafeteria poutines are better and cost 1/3 the price. We paid $17.99 for a small bowl of fries with lukewarm “poutine sauce”, not “poutine gravy”. So, the food was on par with our last experience but this time, the server was terrible. She was rude from the moment we arrived. I decided not to tip her. She challenged me, I told her the food was expensive and terrible, and she replied, “Well, that’s not my fault” as if to say we should have tipped her anyway. When she asked how the service was, I said the French equivalent to, “Meh.” The receipt is stamped 10 Dec 2025, Table #65, check number 5079851-1. The server was # 47. ------------------------- Original Review from long ago: Food: 1/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 2/5. The 2-star rating is NOT reflective of the staff but of the quality of the food and the price. The staff was super friendly and attentive to the toddler with us. The cost was $95 (18% tip is included in this amount) for 2 adults and a toddler - way too high and does not reflect the quality of the food. (Complaint #1) My Chicken parm was served with penne (which I found strange) - the penne was cold, barely warmer than room temperature; when I mentioned it to the server, she said that this happens a lot with the Chicken Parm....so why don't they warm up the plate so that the pasta stays hot??? (Complaint #2) The chicken brochette was not on the regular menu but appeared on the paper placement - my wife ordered it and we later realized that is was almost $30 - it was good, but you can get the same from Greek take-out for like $14.99. Oh, and the menu said there were 4 sauce options so my wife ordered the piri-piri - we later discovered that the sauce cost an extra $2.49 which was not stated on the menu. (Complaint #3) The cola was $4.20 - again, way too expensive for a "family restaurant". (Complaint #4) it took forever to get the 2 adult meals. We will not go back for a very long time despite having a really nice host and server.

The service was great, it looked like 1 chick by herself getting hammered with chicken meals. She was pleasant and made our meals timely regardless, and the food was top notch. The fries were fresh, gravy was great, and the chicken, while a little on the dry side of perfect, had such a wonderful flavor that even though the portions are big, I wanted more. It's pricier than other fast foods, but not by much, and worth every penny. Highly recommend if you're shopping nearby to stop in, and eat inside
