I’m appreciative of the quality of the food I ordered, but most importantly, Simran’s customer service is wonderful. Helped me out with recommendations (I can be indecisive) and she was patient in helping me find what works for me. Very friendly staff overall.

I had the Holy Smoke burger and my wife had a regular burger and fries... both burgers were excellent and the fries were top notch

I just ordered and ate the worst chicken burger I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the Low Priest chicken burger—nothing else—and it took 15 mins for my order. It took so long I figured it would be delicious and fresh, but it was incredibly soggy, the bread coating just peeled off, it was super messy, and it was so salty I feel sick. That amount of salt is unreal, I could not taste anything else. I couldn’t figure out if the saltiness was their “special” sauce, the processed cheese, or the chicken burger itself. I couldn’t finish it. I cannot believe that I just paid more than $10 for that. Literally never again. Worth mentioning the people who prepared it were friendly.

Updated: Thank you for reaching out. I’ve already shared the details of my experience clearly in my Google review, which reflects exactly what happened during my visit.
To clarify, when I walked in, the staff member was on her phone and I was not greeted at all. This made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Personal phone use should be handled during breaks, not while attending to customers.
At this point, I’m only interested in updating my feedback on Google, as I feel I’ve already explained the situation thoroughly.
I decided to try the Baseline location while I was nearby. Unfortunately, my visit on Tuesday afternoon was disappointing. The atmosphere wasn’t welcoming, as staff seemed busy on their phones, and the service felt rude. The food was just okay — the patties were overcooked and falling apart. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I won’t be visiting this location again.

I always wanted to go here ever since I saw that burger preist won the burger award for toronto a few years back. The Vatican burger was the one that did it so I really wanted to try it.
My girlfriend and I went last Saturday and honestly I was a little underwhelmed. The burger was impressive but still didn't look like the one in the picture but besides that the burger felt like it was missing something. There was no zip, no special taste to it. I mean like it was good but a bit basic taste. Was hoping to be wowed but just wasn't happening. In a nut shell, a good burger but not a great one(taste wise). And the price for 1 Vatican burger combo and 1 bacon cheese burger combo was alil under 40 bucks. Not to crazy now a days but there are better burgers in the city. Service was good and place was clean so good job there.
