I normally don't leave reviews but 4/5 of the food went in the garbage and I was really hungry. Pretty Dissapointing

Last time I called to complain about a poutine that was switched for something else entirely, premium toppings missing (don't charge me for bacon and not give it to me) and they told me to either come in and pick it up or they would give me a free one. I was told that was all the manager offered and when I said that's not acceptable I was told the manager is not there. I'm not sure what's going on there but if there's no manager on a busy Friday evening then it's no surprise there's bad service. This was the last time I will be ordering food from there.
