It has been two months of this now and the lack of accuracy is ridiculous. I am losing money and starting to think myself and others should take their business elsewhere if order fulfilment is not capable here. I work in the dining industry and can understand when things get busy - but this is a behavioural pattern with this location.

I went to the window at the time it was estimated to be ready for pick up, I rang the doorbell multiple times and was completely ignored by the person mopping the lobby. Had to wait 35 minutes for 3 tacos and one drink. Super disappointed

I waited 15 minutes for my order and decided to call the store because it was past the time I was supposed to pick it up. The store informed me that they closed at 11 however they were still accepting orders online and saw me standing out there and decided not to say anything. So then asked me to pick up my order on a separate day however I ordered the food for that night because I was hungry in the moment. They should be changing the hours online and you shouldn’t be tricking their customers out of their money. Very disappointed by this service and do not recommend.
