My friend and I placed a mobile order on January 3rd, 2026 and were extremely disappointed with the service we received and the questionable people you choose to have as your employees. We waited at least 20 mins for our order and watched at least 20 people get theirs before us which left us confused as to where our order was. We were looking at the counter and waiting and realized your employees in the back were standing there, staring and talking about us. They were giving us dirty looks the WHOLE time we watied. Upon receiving our order, we noticed not only were a few things wrong, but our whole order was crushed from the fries to our hard shell tacos. Safe to say that your employees have a serious problem with people waiting for their food while they stand and do nothing the whole time. I hope someday your location gets better but it most certainly won’t be with the workers you had on shift that day.

The lady who greeted me this evening was super friendly, please give her a raise! She looked Filipino (maybe I’m mistaken?) November 10th around 6-7 pm? We almost didn’t find the restaurant, because when we search on the orientation screen… “T” for Taco Bell it doesn’t show. I was going to leave when we passed the restaurant area and my wife said: “Isn’t that Taco Bell next to KFC?” The shopping center ought to update their screen software!
