- MGMarie J Gagne-LibertyOct 18, 20251.0THIEVES. I placed a pre-order from this location on Monday, October 13th. My order was supposed to arrive at 7:30 PM. An hour later, I called customer service, they told me the driver was nearby and to wait. Thirty or so minutes go by, and suddenly my order is marked as delivered. It was not delivered. I called back, and they said to wait another 20 minutes. Nothing. By this point, my order had been out for 2+ hours! When I asked for a refund, customer service said they couldn’t process it because it was marked as delivered and that I’d need to go through the store. I called the store five times before closing — no answer. I tried again Tuesday morning when they opened, and several times throughout the day. Still nothing. I emailed and messaged customer service , they said I’d hear back within two business days. Nothing. I reached out again Friday morning, they said the store would reach out shortly. They have not. It’s now Friday night. No call. No refund. No food. I’ve been patient, but this is unacceptable. I’m out $70 for food that never arrived and a week of runaround from both the store and customer service. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Do the right thing! Refund your customers when you fail to deliver their orders.
