I had a 1/2 rack of ribs with honey garlic sauce which was well done and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My wife had a 1/4 chicken with steamed vegetables. The quality of food and the preparedness was excellent. My wife mentioned the steamed vegetables were done to perfection. In addition our dinner rolls were fresh and warm. The waitress was excellent and took good care of us. My 89th birthday treat at Swiss Chalet Carling Ave. Ottawa couldn't have been better.

An angry woman showed up with the debit machine and put it in front of me. I canceled it and asked for the bill first. We had to put our coats back on the water to wash your hands in the washroom or ice cold you might as well go outside and stick your hand in the snow. I’ve been trying since Thursday to get a hold of him by phone iPhone 11 times each day today is Tuesday still nobody answers the phone. You would think someone answer the phone The server was very good and pleasant wasn’t her fault that the food was late
