  They consistently close early, stating stock issues. Regularly denies service up to two hours before closing hours.

  Located in the hospital cafeteria area, microwaves available, drinks over priced but the bread was not stale and only 2 sandwich add ons were unavailable. I had a toasted 6” ham, spicy cheese with lots of various vegetables, sweet onion sauce and it was good. They refuse to allow scan for points which is a great way to anger app users. I don’t mind that we cannot order online, redeem points or use online coupons at this location but allowing points collection should be mandatory at all locations.

  I’ve been visiting this Subway location multiple times, and unfortunately, I keep encountering issues with their ingredient availability. I ordered a veggie sub, but they often don’t have the veggie patty in stock. On one visit, I was lucky to get it, but that day they were out of spinach. This seems to happen every time I visit, which is frustrating, especially since I’ve never had this problem at other Subway locations. Given that this is a hospital location with many customers, it seems like they are not keeping an adequate supply of popular ingredients. I hope they improve their inventory and ingredient management so customers can enjoy the menu as intended.
