Instead of offering assistance or addressing my concern politely, they were dismissive and seemed irritated by my questions. Customer service is a key part of any business, and this kind of attitude is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to their staff on how to treat customers with respect.

That, and they're open later than other sandwich places. The "double meat" option might as well be called "give us extra money if you want a normal amount of meat", but I can see that the latter is less catchy.
