    Purchased two footlongs, asked to use washroom! They say someone locked the washroom with keys inside. Looks like they been peeing in bottles. Is this acceptable by subway? How do they wash hands? In sinks?

    “I placed an order for 11:15. I called the restaurant to change it to 10:30, and the employee, told me it was fine. I arrived at 10:30, and the same employee told me he didn’t have the order and that I had to wait until 11:15 for it to be prepared… and that’s exactly what happened—he didn’t give it to me! Incredible, even though I showed him the email proving the order was paid. To top it off, at the end he told me: ‘you never come back again…’”
