  Do not recommend this location: I went in to order and noticed right away that the lettuce was off and changing colour. Also noticed that the vegetables are all freezing as the temperature for the cooler was set to cold. Tried to explain this to the staff as I asked if they had more lettuce and proceeded to fill it with the same bag that was already subpar. Asked if there was more spinach as what was left was very little in the container and it was starting to wilt. He filled a very small amount in to the container and told me “its my eyes” as he proceeded to only added 6 pieces of spinach while also stating that I was complaining to much and it was at that point that I asked for the mangers name and his to file a complaint as it was highly inappropriate to respond to a customer that way. He refused to provide his name or the manager which leaves me to think he is the manager as he stated the manager won’t appreciate me complaining. After paying the individual in question didn’t even provide stickers on the subs to seal them and keep them from opening up. This location needs to be reviewed by the regional manager as well as head office. I will be filling a complaint to the corporate office as this kind of customer service is very poor and highly unacceptable. When a customer is being calm and polite and points out that there is an issue with the unit and the temperature needs to be adjusted to keep the produce from freezing and is met with this kind of customer service I find it very disappointing and disrespectful to say the least as they should not be allowed to treat anyone this way. Update: the fact that you are able to quote 1 single line that I had mentioned stating “that nothing is fresh these days” speaks volumes as I am by no means disagreeing with the fact that I did mention and state that. However for your investigation to be able to clearly mention that verbatim yet leave out the comment made by “your staff” which is clearly yourself is quiet disappointing to see a manager and or owner not take accountability for having mistreated a customer as I was not rude and just displeased with the produce and was still willing to pay for my order rather than leaving. I will no longer go to this location as it was my first and last after this interaction. However this doesn’t mean that I will no longer be a customer of subway as other locations that I have been to around the city were all 5 stars in my book. This is distinctly just this location that I have ever visited that is rude to customers and clearly wants to play a card that is quite disappointing to go to that extent just to try and make them self’s appear better than others. I will still be going forward with having a complaint filed and escalated this matter given this response.

  It's an average subway but the staff pays little attention to you order other than the ingredients. If I ask for light sauce you shouldn't be going back and forth over the sandwich 3 times or if I say light onions on half you should be grabbing a whole handful. They listen for the ingredients and ignore the rest so they can get you out quickly
