- AHAhmad Hojabri3 days ago1.0Last night we visited this branch, and I ordered a chicken bowl. However, when the dish arrived, it consisted almost entirely of lettuce, onions, and other vegetables. I searched through the bowl to find the chicken, but there was virtually none. In other words, I received a full-priced chicken dish but was essentially served a vegetarian bowl. We had visited last year as well, and my friends experienced similar issues with their meals. I didn’t realize at the time that this was a recurring problem. It appears that portions—especially the protein—are being minimized to an unacceptable level. As customers, we expect to receive what we pay for. Based on repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this place to others at all!

After refusing they under grilled my wrap leaving one side cold, and argued with me when I asked that my wrap only be wrapped in the subway paper as I usually find pieces of the white paper stuck to my wrap. Quite disappointed as I've never had a similar experience at any other subway, and I always order the same thing.
