  Very disappointing experience. I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived, the employees couldn’t see it in their system. I waited nearly an hour for my food while fasting, which made it even worse. The manager was completely unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the issue. I requested a refund and still have not been refunded. Extremely poor customer service.

  Charging $5 more for a the exact same sub because it’s in the mall is ridiculous. It’s almost 50% increase in price over any other subway. $22 for a sub is just plain Terrible

  Manager said they can not accept virtual cupons from Flip, that I needed the physical cupom. This has never happened before in other stores, I always use flip cupons in any restaurant that posts there, including other Subway units. If you are not accepting virtual cupons, you should not post them there!

  I’ve gotten the chicken sandwich there before, and I go there often. It’s usually around $9. Today, I was charged $12. When I asked, the girl said this location is more expensive than the others. I believe I was overcharged. It’s only a few dollars, but the lack of clarity is not a good sign. Also, the last customer before me appeared to be her friend, as she added extra of everything to her sandwich. You can check the cameras if needed. I won’t be your customer anymore. Please choose your staff more carefully.
