  Order footlong veggie subway with more lettuce, Cucumbers, Tomatoes with cheese. Did not get tomato, Cucumber. Just one slice of cheese in 6 inch. Very poor customer service.

  Ly at the Tanger Subway is the best! So cheerful, friendly and knows how to do things the right way. She's a hard worker and deserves every bit of business she gets. Don't hesitate to stop in, you won't regret it

  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the Subway located in Tanger Outlets Ottawa, and it was entirely due to the behavior of an employee named Hardi. From the moment I approached the counter, his attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of greeting customers or even acknowledging my presence, Hardi acted annoyed that I was there at all. When I tried to place my order, he interrupted me multiple times, spoke in a sharp and condescending tone, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by simply asking for standard sandwich options. Basic requests—things that are literally part of Subway’s service—were met with eye rolls and sarcastic responses. What really stood out was how uncomfortable the entire interaction felt. Customer service is about making people feel welcome, or at the very least respected, and Hardi did the exact opposite. He rushed through the order aggressively, barely listened, and showed zero patience. When I asked for clarification on an ingredient, he responded rudely instead of just answering the question like a professional should. The food itself wasn’t even the main issue—it was the attitude. A bad attitude can completely ruin an experience, and that’s exactly what happened here. Tanger Outlets is a busy shopping destination, and people expect friendly, efficient service. This Subway completely failed in that regard because of this employee’s behavior. I’ve been to many Subway locations, and this was by far the worst customer interaction I’ve had. Employees like Hardi reflect poorly on the entire brand. Management seriously needs to address this, because no customer should be treated with such disrespect. I won’t be returning to this location, and I would caution others to be prepared for extremely poor service if Hardi is working.
