The staff initially tried to give me stale bread, which is completely unacceptable. After I pointed it out, they changed it, but the rest of the order was still handled very poorly. The sub was made with barely any vegetables, as clearly shown in the photo. Every customer pays full price, and we expect proper portions and fresh food — we are not asking for charity. When we requested a correction, the staff showed zero care, zero responsibility, and zero customer service. What’s even worse is that they did not care about feedback or reviews at all, which shows a serious lack of professionalism. This location damages the Subway brand. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who values quality, freshness, or respectful service.

When I asked to have my sandwich grilled, they refused and said they wouldn’t do it because it was an online order using a coupon. Even though there were no customers in the store, the food was not ready when I arrived. Ingredients were not fresh, and the staff made taunting and dismissive remarks instead of helping. Overall, very poor customer service and a disappointing experience.

When I opened it up, it seemed like there were little to no veggies and sauces, it felt like eating a bread. I went home and cut up some veggies and added to the subway. Also, stale bread. I dont know why people would do something like this. Not coming back here for sure.
- SSStephanieDec 9, 20251.0came in tonight to grab a sub for dinner and when my sub was getting dressed, I noticed that all of the lettuce was brown wilted and looked slimy. I asked the woman who is working for fresh lettuce to which she pulled out a bag from the fridge and instead of taking out the old gross lettuce ( that could make people sick) she proceeded to dump the fresh lettuce on top of the old stuff. The bag that she pulled out, also had brown pieces in it as well. This is definitely a health issue and not the proper way to be serving food at all. Instead of saying anything to me either she spoke a different language to her co worker and never responded to me. I won’t be retuning to this location as I do not want to be getting sick from food safety issues.
