I walked in and the worker that was here said "I just received it, when did u place it" in the most rude and annoyed tone. I said "around 10mins ago, said pick up time is 4:30, i'm just 5mins early". she rolled her eyes, "well it's not 4:30". I get it because I have worked fast food for 10 years that when someone comes in rushing for their order but i had the intention is just sit down and wait. Time goes by and she finally asked for my name, she realized I wasn't delivery and that my order was already made waiting for me behind the counter. Not to mention she was on the phone with her airpods in the entire time.

The staff initially tried to give me stale bread, which is completely unacceptable. After I pointed it out, they changed it, but the rest of the order was still handled very poorly. The sub was made with barely any vegetables, as clearly shown in the photo. Every customer pays full price, and we expect proper portions and fresh food — we are not asking for charity. When we requested a correction, the staff showed zero care, zero responsibility, and zero customer service. What’s even worse is that they did not care about feedback or reviews at all, which shows a serious lack of professionalism. This location damages the Subway brand. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who values quality, freshness, or respectful service.
