The staff member (a lady working during my visit) was extremely unprofessional and rude in her tone while taking the order. She barely added any veggies and refused to add extra sauces properly. On top of that, the sub was rolled so poorly that all the veggies and sauces were falling out while eating — it was messy and frustrating. What concerned me the most was hygiene. She did not change her gloves while preparing vegetarian orders, which is unacceptable. Customer service and basic food handling standards need serious improvement at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
