I used to come here often because it’s close to where I work, but I’ve finally had enough. The last time I visited was on October 3. I ordered online to avoid interacting with that same guy. I got two Power Bowls to go, and when I asked for a bag, instead of being polite or apologetic that they had run out, he rudely said they didn’t have any. Imagine people ordering more food for takeout and being told that in the same rude way. And it’s not just about the bag. This branch has the worst portions compared to other Subways. I’ve been to other locations, and their portions are always great, so I know what the right serving looks like. This guy always skimps on the meat and veggies. I even saw him once giving away vegetable toppings to a Pizza Pizza employee next door. No wonder the servings are bad. It’s clearly not just me. I’ve also seen him be rude to other customers. One time, a delivery driver in front of me asked how many items were in the bag, and he dismissively said everything was already in there. The driver calmly explained he was just doing his job and double-checking, but the guy clearly didn’t care.
