A person with that level of attitude should never be placed in a customer-facing role, especially in a restaurant like Subway. If you want to attract customers and maintain any level of respect for your business, you need to remove staff who behave this rudely and lack even basic manners. I addressed her behavior directly because her attitude was unacceptable. I repeated myself several times, and I made it very clear that her conduct was completely out of line. I responded firmly so she understands that this kind of behavior cannot continue. She had a very very poor quality, in brief, a very terrible low quality worker!
