  Poor hygiene standard. We previously visited this subway and everything was well maintained and CONSISTENTLY clean. Now tables are dirty, food and used paper pieces are on floor and we need to call the person to clean.

  Bathrooms were gross. I told the worker that both toilet seats had urine stains and they look annoyed that I mentioned it. Kid changing tables were also very unsanitary.

  I’ve been going to this Subway for months now, and the staff here are genuinely amazing. They’re always friendly, polite, and remember my order every time. The food is fresh, the place is clean, and the service is always quick. It’s honestly one of the best Subways I’ve been to the people here make the experience great every single visit!

  Edit to Add Here we are December 21 2025 and I was hungry and thought heck I'll give it another try and here I am fuming in astonishment I can not even fathom how over 6 months later it's the same mistake my toppings are on my son's Italian bun and his are on my herbs and cheese ...... 3 orders .... 3x same mistake how is this even possible? So extremely upset still (Feb 20th subway app/Feb 27th Uber Eats- they made this oder right and refunded when it had nothing to do with them) especially seeing subway is one of my favorites I ordered for 2 through their app and they reversed the bun and toppings not only once but twice the second time I irdered through a delivery service. Spoke to the owner who accused me of lying not once but twice. So I thought we'll I'll double check again but both emails confirmed I ordered correctly and they made the mistake. The second time I called they lied about who I was talking too the first time I was told it was the owner the second time same voice but just an employee. They never returned my call as promised and never rectified the over $60 in mistakes. I am so angry and upset that they would one not fix it but actually call me a liar the first time the manager even said I double checked the order myself.... really?? Since when does a manager check to see an employee put the right toppings on the right bun? I tried to forget it because my goal is to promote local as I am a lifelong community member but this situation has been holding space in my thoughts. I think if the owner had of at least apologized I could of let it go but it's being called a liar not once but twice I have no idea who I actually spoke to at the store but they need customer service training.
