Went with a friend wanted to see what the hype was about. The saj shawarma was okay but it was very greasy inside and out and got a lot of grease on our clothing even though we were very careful when eating. It was just a big mess. Even when ordering there was a lot of confusion with the employees and the person packing up our order kept getting it wrong and kept putting the employees finger in our food although he had gloves on it still was weird. How do you not know what you just wrapped and who got what. it got a bit heated for whatever reason althought it wasn't even busy when me and my friend went. The atmosphere just wasn't there and I've had better food. It was a waste of time

Just came here and it was CLOSED. Even though it says it’s open.. there was also 1 person eating at the table, a worker in the back and nobody came to tell us anything. What a waste of time
What really annoys me is that in this industry, it’s all about customer service and professionalism. There was no note on the door saying whether they were open or closed, and several people, including us, were trying to get in. Yet no one had the courtesy to come out or let us know what was happening — so we ended up leaving.

Really nothing special about this place. Didn't get the sandwhich i wanted. I asked for a mix sandwhich, all I got was chicken. I asked.for the special and was forced to take only one sauce and 4 toppings. I've had better shawarmas elsewhere. The chicken was bland and there was way too much garlic sauce in the sandwhich. Definately wont be coming back. Disappointed after driving an hour to come here.

My husband and I showed up 30 minutes after they opened only 3 people in line ahead of us. It took over 30 min before we ordered and another 30 to get our food. I watched them make someone who had set an online pre-order wait as the sandwiches hadn't been started for him yet. You can't customize the sandwiches with all the toppings you see available ( i wanted hummus and garlic, was told they could only pick garlic on the chicken and hummus of the beef) and even when you pick from what they tell you you can use for that sandwhich they will get it wrong. Just wanted onion and lettuce for veggies but we got tomatoes put on. The food its self after the wait was very bland and I had multiple hard fat pieces in my beef shawarma. Definitely won't be going back.

Terrible experience 2hr wait gave us the wrong order, guys had no hairnets nor beard nets not sanitary, refused to let me add vegetables to the sandwich as it would take too long they said,but then another employee offered t put them on the side he proceeds to place them on a paper, wrap the veggies, then another employee unwraps then wraps to make sure it was done right, truly wondering how this was quicker then throwing the onto the sandwich.
