  Ok, I have been getting saj wraps here since I heard about it on Tik Tok but I just got one tonight and I’m super disappointed. I came in just as they brought new chicken that was cooked in the back out to the front. I thought I would get my chicken from that. But no, they gave me little pieces of chicken that they were cooking on the grill for who knows how long. This chicken has a lot of gristle and no crisp. They gave other people the new chicken. And on top of this, they used too much oil on the flat grill, so my wrap tastes gross. I am disappointed and feel like whenever the owner is there, the quality is good. Even when the teenagers are working, it’s good. But the team tonight did not do a good job and did not give me good quality food. At $20 for a combo, I won’t be back for a while. Consistency is key!

  After a very long day I went there to meet very rude staff I only asked for the deal which starts at 5 , I asked at 3pm after refusing in very rude tone I ordered wraps which I got for my kids Iftar is all burned .. what else I will do at Iftar time 🤲😡🤲🤲🤲🤲 I have taken pictures of the wraps too never going there again

  Amazing shawarma — fresh and full of flavor. We got the family plate, and we were surprised by how big and generous the portions were. The owner is such a nice person—very polite and welcoming—and you can tell he puts love into his business. The staff are kind, everything is clean, and the food comes out fast. We left happy and full!

  Was looking forward to a yummy SAJ and garlic potatos dinner tonight, but the potatoes we're not seasoned at all, garlic sauce was forgotten and the special pomegranate sauce was forgotten on the wrap. The sandwich thickness had also decreased in size from my previous orders. Today was a disappointment for food. The staff are very friendly and work well as a team.

  My partner and I were excited to try this famous crispy shawarma. Personally, I didn’t find anything particularly special about it and honestly don’t quite understand the hype. That said, it’s great to see a business bringing something new, and I truly wish you continued success. I still prefer a regular shawarma sandwich. I was a bit disappointed with the garlic potatoes. There wasn’t enough sauce compared to other restaurants, and the potatoes were slightly soggy — maybe not the freshest batch. The ordering experience was a little frustrating due to the long lineup and wait time. I understand that when a restaurant is busy, it can be difficult to serve everyone quickly, so I do appreciate the effort. However, I did not enjoy the interaction with the staff. I found them somewhat rude, and they spoke very fast and too quietly, which made it difficult to understand them in a loud environment. They often spoke while looking down or away instead of facing the customer. Eye contact and clear communication make a big difference. It also felt like they expected customers to already know the menu and ingredients. Good customer service is essential, especially in a fast-paced environment, so I would encourage additional training in that area. I genuinely wish you success and many years of serving customers. Please take this review as constructive feedback and encouragement for improvement. If I am around the area and hungry I will likely return but this time just for a regular shawarma sand or platter.
